Our Process


We are committed to sourcing the highest quality sustainably farmed green beans. Our brews shift with the coffee season and we showcase beans from Sumatra, Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Colombia, among many other regions.

Our beans are consistently responsibly sourced utilizing direct trade policies that support the entire value chain from farmer to roaster to coffee enthusiast.


We collaborate with local roasters to create a custom roast profile for each bean to achieve the optimal flavors for our brews. We are currently collaborating with F Stop Roasters here on Bainbridge Island.

Our freshly roasted beans are ground just prior to the brewing process. The extraction occurs in cold water over a 12-24 hour period. We use the best ingredients and produce in small batches to guarantee quality and consistency. This creates a cold brew that is naturally sweet, smooth and less bitter than conventionally brewed coffee.


We brew in an oxygen-free environment, under ultra-pure nitrogen. Nitrogen is a colorless, odorless, non-reactive gas that aids in protecting the coffee from oxygen. This keeps your cold brew flavor at it’s best!
